One staff member picking up and processing. I waited an hour to get a car I rented for 4 hours!

Certainly have a wide range of options from really budget conscious to luxury. Smooth rental pickup and dropoff process.

Hard to find pick up location. Staff were rude. Charged $500 at pick up that is not outlined in T&Cs that gets returned after 20 days, they refused to take credit card, this is not a normal process when hiring cars. They made me check the car for damage in the rain. Tried charging me for a window crack no bigger than 1mm that was not caused by myself. Take a week to respond to emails. Would not recommend.

Radio was in Japanese and we couldn’t use it. Please make sure radio is in language of your customer.
