Perhaps due to the comprehensive insurance, pick-up and drop-off were quick. The staff were very friendly.

There was no line when picking up the car, it was very quick. The staff member was a friendly Black man. There was no hard-sell during the process, just pick up your car with your card. The person handing over the car was a very nice White girl who upgraded the car for free, and she was very patient with the three car changes. Overall, I have a good impression of the ALAMO branch in Toronto.

Though the store is small, it's quite convenient.
