A car rental order with supplementary insurance paid in full 7 months ago was not fulfilled according to the terms specified in the order. Despite having over 200 days to freely change the order, vehicle model, and insurance types, they claimed 'will return to you'. Is it reasonable that the daily cost of an automatic compact car is higher than that of a BMW or Mercedes? The store charged additional fees that were more than double the already paid full cost, including supplementary insurance. Is this called professional?

I prepaid 1392 RMB for a Ford Mondeo. Upon arrival, I was given a Nissan Qashqai instead, without being informed of additional rental costs and numerous extra fees. They charged my credit card 625 euros, which we initially thought was a deposit. Without internet access, we couldn't check emails, and the staff used a very small handheld device, not explaining the crucial charges before asking us to sign. This is outright fraud. We only realized we had been deceived after receiving the receipt upon returning the car. We must file a complaint.
