Very good, upgraded to a Volvo S60 for $100, a brand-new car with only 5,000 miles.

The counter staff kept promoting insurance despite being informed that I had already purchased it, which was very annoying. However, the staff at the car pickup point provided excellent service, were friendly and helpful, and willing to solve problems.

At the passenger pickup point in front of the terminal, a car arrives every 5 minutes. The driver was very enthusiastic and helped us load our luggage. It took 5 minutes to get to the rental place. There were three counters handling cars; the staff were very welcoming and finished the pickup procedures for us. They asked if we needed insurance. I presented the insurance I bought on QEEQ, which was the most comprehensive one. After checking it, they said it was fine and directed us to the backyard for the car pickup. In the yard, we showed our car pickup slip to the staff, who pointed to a range of cars and told us to choose any one in our rental category. We picked a newly washed car.

We booked a Dodge-type vehicle but got a Hyundai MPV instead. The car was equally spacious, accommodating 4 people and 5 suitcases. When we found out the trunk couldn't fit all the luggage, we folded down the third row, which created plenty of space. During the trip, there was a small incident where we missed booking an extra room for one night. We realized the trunk area was large enough for one person to sleep. Listening to the rain and train at night, I had a particularly good sleep. The car was new, only driven for 4000 miles, just past the break-in period, with strong power. No issues arose during the trip.
