The service was okay and quite patient, but I didn't get the car model I wanted.

Terrible service. The person who signed the contract didn't mention anything about adding extra insurance and just added it to the contract. When I went to address it later, they said once the contract is signed, it can't be refunded. Who would read through such a complicated English contract line by line? They added $175 worth of insurance without my knowledge. I thought only in my home country would there be such traps, but apparently, they exist in the U.S. too! Never using Budget again! Also, the car model I got wasn't even on the list of available models. Very dissatisfied!

Great service and good vehicle conditions.

It's very convenient to take the free airport shuttle bus directly to the car rental center.
