Todo muy bien, solo el proceso para que me dieran el carro fue muuuy lento, había mucha fila y solo dos personas atendiendo. También me quedé un poco inconforme en cómo te explican lo del seguro, creo que me salió mas caro el seguro que el carro.

Booked a 7-seater, but they only had a 5-seater SUV and didn't refund the price difference. Told me to wait for two hours to see if they could squeeze in four pieces of luggage. Ridiculous!

At the store, I was not provided with roadside service offer. The staff confirmed that the towing fee was not my responsibility, but my credit card was still charged for towing fee, extra fuel fee, and roadside assistance fee (even though I had full insurance). There were many unclear charges on the final bill.

Forced pre-purchase of a full tank of gas, aggressive insurance upselling, poor attitude, and the vehicle was in bad condition (perhaps because I didn't buy their upsell).
