Not bad

Arrived at the store at 5 AM on the 30th, but I had booked the car for 7 AM. The staff refused to give me the car earlier, so I had to wait in the airport for 2 hours. Also, there was no promised Chinese-speaking staff, only a Thai staff member who spoke English. They did not guide me to the pick-up point, just told me that it was near the 7-11 outside the airport. I was confused about the exact location and had to ask locals to find it. After approximately 10 minutes of waiting, the car finally arrived. This pick-up experience was very disappointing...

Very friendly staff; as soon as we got our luggage, we saw the car waiting for us. Very convenient.

The store is very easy to find, just to the right when you go out. It's very noticeable.
