Not bad, but they were quite persistent in selling insurance when picking up the car.

The young lady at the pickup point (garage) was very courteous, patient, and answered all our questions (despite her limited English). The staff at the drop-off point were also very helpful. Initially, we didn't know where to return the car, but the lady at the airport terminal personally escorted us to the return point and handed us over to the on-duty staff.

AVIS is pretty good, but the location of this rental company could be more precise.

Quite professional, but the English service involving insurance is not very convenient for someone with average language skills like me.

The rental amount did not include the one-way fee, which caused the cost to increase. The rental company said it wasn’t their fault, but we still had to pay. So, they upgraded the VOLVO S60 to a BENZ CLA180 and included full insurance as compensation.
