Staff is really helpful. They upgrade me and help me in a difficult moment

Great value, and I'll probably use Routes again in a few years. But the drop off process must be streamlined: There was a guy to check the mileage/status of the vehicle, but with Enterprise when I give him the keys and sign a slip that he can print mobile, then I'm done. 3 minutes. Instead I had to wait in line for 40 minutes to talk with a very frustrating and loud woman, who contradicted what her boss had just told me to do (which was, to get in her line). Then she left for 15 minutes. Her boss, or maybe it was another person at the counter, helped me and another lady with the drop off process. She missed her flight, I almost missed mine. If I knew it was a 30-60 minute process, I would have planned accordingly.

Tres bien mais plus loin que les autres loueurs, il fau prendre deux navettes à l'aller et u ne seule au retour. L'attente etait un petit peu plus longue que la moyenne habituelle. Le retour a été plus rapide, cependant nous avons été surpris de nous voir reclamer un tip par le chauffeur de la navette, tres inhabituel et malpoli!

L'application n'a pas fonctionné au moment du retrait mais l'email de reservation suffisait

It was easy to pick up the car. Car was brand new. No schemes nor the staff tried to sell anything else from what I've reserved. I wen full insured with easyrentcars and had no issues at all.

I would have to begin EVERY day with stopping for air for one tire. By the end of each day the same tire was flat again. I called to extend my rental, yhr first lady was busy and said she would call me back but she didnt. I called again an hour later anf the second make promises that the price was the same and everything was set. The next day a man calls me and said the car was due nack yesterday and now I have to pay $3 a day extra for thr extension fee.
