The location is quite convenient with a storefront, and they provide clear instructions for picking up and returning the car in advance, along with Chinese explanations. If there are any issues along the way, communication is prompt. However, they gave me a different car at the last minute with less fuel than expected, and the baby seat I reserved was not ready on time. Since I was in a hurry, I didn't have the time to argue much. You can't return the car at the airport, but they offer a free shuttle to the airport nearby.
Following the pick-up instructions, we took a cab to the Exhibition Center. The taxi driver drove in circles before dropping us off as per the address. We had to manage our luggage and kids while searching for the office which was unlike prominent companies like Heze, Eu, or Avis. After a long search, we found that Apex shares an office with Budget, it's small, and the staff were very patient, recommending insurance and giving breakdown instructions. We found it strange at the time, later we understood. It took forever to walk to the parking lot to get the car. Tip: In unfamiliar cities, rent from the airport; it's easier to pick up and drop off!
I have expressed my comments via their customer survey that the car seat we rented are not up to standard (the cleanliness, the condition and etc.) others (their services and car conditions) are definitely up to standard.

I spent a lot of times in clarifying whether the rentedcar can be brought to ferry ride. I initially checked with your CS that budget car rental allowed us to do that . At the end, we got replied from budget that it doesn’t allow. This is quite frustrating with the clarifications. Different parties provide different replies.
