A bit of a hassle

Overall acceptable, but the only dissatisfaction was that I booked the car for 12 PM, arrived at 11:30 AM and was told there was no car available, so I had to wait. I ended up having lunch across the street before picking up the car.

The car given was old with little power and quite small. Tire was going flat the whole time. Expected a newer car than this!

Deux véhicules récupérés dans cette agence Europcar de Milos (Grèce) ainsi que les deux contrats de location. - premier véhicule récupéré le 19/07 : une Hyundai i30 (pas de pare soleil, pneu avant gauche sous gonflé, pas d’autoradio, volant abîmé et coupant, plus de 125 000km au compteur, ports USB hors service, intérieur très poussiéreux.) - suite à mon mécontentement, un second véhicule m’a été fourni le soir même : une Ford focus avec près de 100 000km (état extérieur déplorable, phare arrière droit cassé, levier de vitesse dur et cassé, intérieur sale avec déchets, allume cigare hors service, autoradio et CD hors service, pire... feu avant gauche HS en pleine nuit sur une île). Je ne vous cache pas mon très fort mécontentement suite à cette location Europcar, moi qui pensait que prendre une marque référante à l’étranger serait gage de qualité (mal m’en a pris...). Je suis surtout en colère d’avoir du conduire par nuit noire avec un phare avant HS avec comme passagère ma femme enceinte de 4 mois... Je demande expressément le remboursement des 143,12€ réglés par avance (Somme en total déconnection avec le niveau de la qualité de service).

Slow and bad customer service. I came the day before my reservation when they were not busy asking them if there was some paperwork I could do in advance and they told me don’t worry don’t worry we’ll do everything tomorrow. Then I have arrived here today and they have asked me to send them by email the confirmation of the booking. They seemed to not even have my booking clear and I have been waiting now for more than half an hour because every single telephone call seem to take preference over myself being here in the office. Avoid this place if possible and rent some where else

When we picked up car had huge scrape down side. Was told not to worry it had already been noted. We then videoed the damage of the car before leaving airport. We go to return the car & lady tells us their is a huge scrape on the side of the car!! We showed her video she said ok... Unaccepetable. & we should have never been given a car with a huge scrape on it it need to be fixed before renting out.
