Overall service was satisfactory, but the only drawback was the shuttle bus after returning the car dropped us off at the domestic terminal, which required a long walk. The driver clearly knew we were international tourists and could have dropped us off at the international terminal but didn't even ask, which felt somewhat intentional. By the way, our family of four were the only passengers in the vehicle.

Very satisfied.

The car I got was a Mazda2, not the model I reserved, with over 70,000 kilometers on it.

About Map code is japaneses language only , it’s not practical . If company can provide manual booklet and code for tourism place , it would be wonderful.

I booked the car with an ETC card (CEP), and pre-paid for a lump sum of 8000￥。After returning the car, the total cost for the ETC showed 24020￥。The counter said I used some road that not covered by CEP, so I need to pay the different of 10460￥。But when I back home, check through the table they gave me, it shows that the counter girl over charge me by 1580￥。I still waiting for their reply.
