From start to finish, the staff and online customer service were very professional. Every detail was handled perfectly, exceeding our expectations! Great service and quick pick-up

Need to take taxi or Uber to the pickup location from the airport, not very convenient

I waited a really long time to get my car. They need an actual document showing your insurance. Visa and MasterCard are not enough. This really needs to change as it bogs down the whole exchange. Most of their customers are Chinese tourists who are accustomed to providing that but the company hasn’t yet understood how things are done in America.

Like: Staff was nice & informative, no upsell or fraudulent charges. We were also picked up & dropped off in a Mercedes van, which was nice.
Dislike: Everything was fine.
