Overall, the service was fine with full Chinese support, just that the response on WeChat was a bit slow. Booked a Japanese car but got an American Ford.

Response time is extremely slow. Problems are not resolved in a timely manner. Each query takes several hours for a reply. The staff at pickup and drop-off were mediocre in attitude. They did not explain the car's features. I rented the car for over ten days without music; only on the last day did I hear back about returning the car a day early without a refund. If I were to rate them, it would barely pass with a 60.

The car I got was great but it was very dirty.

Not happy that that a $5 toll has turned into $24 due to commissions and fees....TOTAL RORT AND RIP OFF. Also had to pay extra to get to airport due to car place not being open earlier enough, so in the end car wasnt that cheap
