The service attitude was excellent, and there were no communication barriers in English. However, I was quite startled when they called me at noon to ask where I was. The airport road conditions were very complex; the car return spot is on the first floor of the terminal, but I mistakenly went to the second floor. The rental company even sent staff up to check the car. I only spent about 100 yuan on fuel for the whole day.
Staff was very friendly and guided us the place to refill our petrol as well as checking the vehicle with us again to ensure the car is in good condition before passing to us.
