The drop-off location was hard to find; it was on the top floor of a parking garage. The fuel gauge of the rented car was broken, and even after filling the tank, the needle didn't move. It was a mistake not to get a receipt from the gas station. I'll be sure to avoid this in the future.
Had to wait a long time to return the car and was charged for an extra tank of gas.
