Budget car rental offers affordable prices and good vehicle conditions. The staff at the counter are professional and friendly, and the procedures are simple. Returning the car is quick and easy; just start the car and check the fuel gauge. I've rented from them several times already.

Pretty awful. The building was run-down, and there were approximately 50 people in line ahead of me. There was no air-con and it was very hot outside. The woman at the counter was very rude and almost did not accept my reservation because I purchased it in NZD. She gave me a "free" upgrade after I refused the offer to pay for one, and the vehicle I received repeatedly gave me a "low oil" warning - scary to drive!

Like: The convenience at the airport was great. The car was very clean and almost brand new.
Dislike: There was a scuff mark on the driver's side under the headlight that I had to point out, I thought that should have been noted prior to me noticing it. I had to point it out when driving out of the lot.
