The car was in terrible condition, extremely old and rundown. It is far older than the claimed 2016 model—likely a decade or more old. It's absolutely not worth the rental price. While driving on the highway in the rain, the windshield wipers were rusty and broke apart as soon as I used them, making it impossible to see the road clearly. This car is unacceptable. Be cautious when renting here, as such poor-quality vehicles should not be offered for rental and cause trouble for customers.

Ordered a Nissan SUV but was offered a brand new Proton V4 instead. Very good drive and staff was helpful at chek in and out
