Value for money, practicality at its finest.

I booked Kia Morning but was given Chervolet Spark instead. The car is not new with many scratches and tyres thread almost worn out. I requested to switch car but was told that no other car available. However, I can clearly see two Kia Morning available at the car park lot that day. I also noticed that the Chervolet Spark fuel consumption was higher as compared to Kia Morning. I was charged additional KRW10,000 for late returning the car for 40 minutes. Besides that, the GPS provided were outdated and difficult to use.

Easy and simple car booking process. I hope other user reviews and comments will be shown at the website rather than just ratings score.

At point of booking we noticed on booking confirmation that a deposit of USD500 - 3000 may be required. However it was not collected. The amount of the required deposit is above my expectation and we do not have sufficient fund for that.

Value for money.

Smooth pick up and drop off. Car condition is OK. Only a boot space is taking up by LPG tank.

Easy to book. Worth with discounts. Recommended.

1. Given a car different from one I booked. 2. The car had empty fuel tank, with red warning light. 3. When questioned why empty tank, I was given a foolish verbal explanation by a man (a manager, I think, who is not a local Korean) that there is restriction by the Korean authorities in filling up rental cars. This is really insulting my intelligence, to say the least), just to find an excuse. 4. A requested for the car I booked weeks ago, with full fuel, but was told I need to wait for the car to be available when returned by user.!! 5. Finally after arguing, I was offered a bigger car, not of my choice, with slightly more than a quarter tank. 6. With no choice, I took this car which was difficult for me to drive, and costs me much more in fuel cost. 7. All in all, I had an unpleasant experience upon arrival at Tamra, and it ruined the start of my holiday in Jeju to some extent.

Good service, vehicles in good condition. It'd be informative if they can brief customers how much is needed to fill up the tank, especially when the car is not initially at full tank. We sort of needed to guess how much we need to pay and outdid the tank in the end.
