I have booked a sedan car but got the hatchback only. The car was not cleaned and had half tank fuel

1. The car was not fueled when we picked it up. The gas station was somewhat far away, but we negotiated and got a different car. 2. We stayed near Southern Cross Station in Melbourne. Carrying luggage to the pickup point was quite challenging. It would be much more convenient if there was a pickup location inside the station.

The vehicle had a significant dent and many scratches. It was dirty on the outside although very clean on the inside. Unfortunately the pick up process was nearly an hour long. Although the staff member serving was incredibly polite and apologetic he was very slow and was alone attempting to serve numerous customers picking up vehicles. The price would have been outstanding had the vehicle been immaculate. I guess you get what you pay for. Overall a fair vehicle for the money and a friendly staff member on pick up.

Cleanliness abs car conditions need more focus

The staff was courteous and friendly. She gave sound on-the-road advice.
