I had already purchased the highest level of insurance on the platform, but the staff kept recommending additional coverage, which was a bit annoying. In the end, I had to pay a deposit of over 50,000 pesos. Additionally, the car's fuel tank wasn't full when I picked it up, and I only noticed it after getting on the highway, which almost left me stranded due to low fuel. Fortunately, the issue was noted in the rental agreement, so technically there wasn't a problem. However, for those who aren't attentive or don't read the contract thoroughly, it could turn into a hidden pitfall. This can be especially troublesome for people who are not fluent in English.

The service was good, and the car was relatively new. Make sure to request Japanese cars for better fuel efficiency.
