Misleading car booking

Not flexible and friendly Don’t give you the car booked and tried to get you an upgrade at astronomical prices

Platform ok but should warn better on quality of car providers

I chose an international chain with a counter right outside the airport. The staff guided us to a shuttle that took us directly to the nearby rental office. We queued up using a computer system. Although I booked a Toyota, they gave me a Dodge. They accepted domestic credit cards. It was a bit crowded so the wait was long, but everything went smoothly in the end.
