The service and attitude were excellent, but the refueling aspect was not satisfactory. The car was half full when we picked it up. The staff suggested that we pay over 100 Euros so we wouldn't have to return the car with a full tank. They also claimed that fueling up through them would be cheaper than outside. We agreed, but it turned out refueling outside wasn't that expensive. We spent less than 40 Euros to fill half the tank. We felt deceived in this regard.

The car's condition was good, and the pick-up process was smooth

The service is okay, but sometimes there are no cars available when picking up, even after making a reservation online. The store often doesn't want to take responsibility for the renter's losses caused by the breach, and claiming compensation is quite troublesome.

Easy to say use, very good price and follow up

Everything was good. Purchased the full insurance for 99Euros and when it came to inspect the car for any scratches or dents , the staff casually told not to worry as i have purchased the full insurance. While dropping of there was a minor scratch at the bumper which was reported by the inspecting lady. And next day i was sent an email if i met with an accident.My journey was very smooth and ensured car is parked nicely in P+R spots or in Hotel Parking. Other than that everything was great.
