The counter service efficiency was slow. They also tried to persuade us to purchase additional products like extra insurance and E PASS (electronic toll collection system). However, they weren't pushy. In fact, the staff helped us estimate the toll costs for the places we planned to visit and found that not renting the E PASS was actually more cost-effective. The E PASS is $20 per day for unlimited use. The car we rented was unexpectedly new and comfortable to drive! The interior was smoke-free and had no unpleasant odors. The vehicle inspection staff were not overly picky. When we returned the car, the inspector only checked essentials like the lights, windows, and dashboard functions. The provided English GPS was also very useful! Before returning the car, we had to fill up the gas tank. The inspector checked the fuel level. Opting for a full tank return was more cost-effective for us. Over three days, we only needed to fill up $39 of gas upon returning the car. (If you choose not to fill up the tank, you have to prepay around $60.) Overall, it was a good experience!

I booked a car for $577 (12 days), including insurance. However, at pick-up, the car provided was $984 (rental cost around $800 with mandatory insurance for two items, about $200).
