I personally use this car rental company both in Germany and the USA. The service quality is top-notch, with no additional sales or imposed services. The car return and inspection process is fast and efficient. The cars are new and in good condition, with full fuel tanks.
These two issues caused the actual price to increase significantly.

Also, extra toll fees were added, with two options: $15 per day or $10 per day for actual toll charges. Due to the time it would have taken to contact the rental car company, I had to reluctantly accept these charges. Waited about half an hour to pick up the car.
Like: Costs, promptness Dislike: All of the rental cars in the fleet (Intermediate) were pretty badly scratched up and dinged but there was no inspection of the car before we left. We had to point that out to the security person at the gate before we went the lot, to make sure that we wouldn't be blamed later.
Dislike: Van st airport said EZ...I asked if it was the same as Easy Rental... he said yes...waited at wrong office for 25 mins
