This caused issues as the rental store couldn't process the card, leading to inconvenience. I suggest they implement multiple methods like pre-authorization prompting chip card insertion or using Alipay QR codes for verification.

The staff were excellent, driving out of the ick up area, warning light, tyre pressure low in one tyre. NO HESITATION, different car, the BMW which I had for a week.
