Very satisfied.

When we arrived at the counter to pick up the car, everything was prepared in advance. However, even though we had already prepaid for crossing the Czech border when renting, we were told at pick-up that it was not allowed. Alternatively, we could switch to a Toyota 7-seater, but we were not notified about this beforehand.

A small pebble caused a tiny dent the size of a fingernail, and they charged 464 euros for the repair! They also claimed it was the lowest possible fee! They initially agreed to a 10 euro daily upgrade fee, but upon return, they insisted on 20 euros per day!

Picking up and dropping off the car at Frankfurt T1 was very convenient. Simple procedures. I rented a Passat wagon, but actually received a new Toyota diesel wagon. When returning the car, I noticed a small scratch on the trunk, but the staff generously said no need for compensation. Very satisfied.
