I rented a Hyundai Grand Santa Fe or equal. When I came there they wanted to give me a Jeep Renegade (which is absolutely not equal). Aside of it was standing a Hyundai Grand Santa Fe, so I said: 'I rented that one want to have that one'. The lady said, that is another type of Hyundai Grand Santa Fe (which was not true) so you need to pay extra. I paid extra and took it. But in fact I paid double for a car I already hired. Awful!!! Really awful experience preicne! The staff lack competence and always make silly mistakes

I had to do a lot of mileage and was given a BIG Jeep instead of a regular car. It ended up costing me twice the amount of the rental in gas for a one-day trip. I was supposed to pick-up the car at 9AM, but I ended up finally getting on the road around 10AM, even though I was second in line. Also, they didn’t accept night drop-off so I had to come back after 9AM on the Monday morning, having to re-arrange my work schedule. This was one of the worst car rental experiences I had.

Like: The experience with Discount Cars in Montreal was a good one. Very helpful young man. When we got in the car, a light was on, and he took it back to the garage to check it out before we left. I would have worried if it would have come on after we left the lot.
Dislike: I wish I would have picked a little larger car, I'm a big person, and it was a bit small for getting in and out of. Other than that, it worked fine for the week we were in Montreal.

Like: Nice people at the desk, very efficient service, clean car, fast delivery. Everything perfect.
Dislike: Nothing
