Although there are no major issues, it doesn't feel smooth to drive. The automatic transmission jerks noticeably, acceleration is weak, and it's quite fuel-consuming. The service attitude is acceptable.

The process was convenient and fast, and self-service return was very easy.

Overall okay, but when encountering incidents in Austria, phone service did not provide relevant risk warnings.
