The service was very warm and attentive. The car was in good condition. After finding out that we had already purchased full insurance through QEEQ, they didn't try to sell us any more insurance, just informed us that the insurance we bought had nothing to do with their company. The customer service staff were very friendly and explained everything in detail. However, East Coast Rentals is not a big company and doesn't allow direct pickups at the airport, requiring a shuttle, which is a bit inconvenient.
