I booked a Volkswagen Passat, but ended up receiving a Skoda Octavia with license plate 35GA6692. It's quite frustrating.

The staff at the pickup location was rude. They said they needed to go pick someone up, which left us waiting for quite a while.

The service was terrible. I requested a sedan but was given a hatchback. It was late that day, and when they delivered the car to the terminal, only a hatchback was available. Their attitude was awful, basically like they didn't care. The worst part was all the unnecessary deposits they asked for, along with various miscellaneous charges. The car they gave was in poor condition, very noisy, and sounded like a tractor when reaching 90 km/h.

The car rental company acted like thieves, telling lies and voiding promises with no credibility. They forced me to drive a malfunctioning car until it broke down and then unilaterally charged my credit card over 20,000 RMB for their broken car’s damage! This rental company lacks any integrity!!!

The company proactively picked me up from the airport.
