As expected from a large company, both picking up and returning the car were very convenient. The car was also very new.

The staff at the airport counter were very nice. Since we had previously contacted QEEQ, we requested a Ford Focus. When we arrived at the counter, they immediately provided us with a new Ford Focus with just over 20,000 kilometers.
