The car was in excellent condition, very new. Communication was smooth, and picking up and returning the car at the airport was very convenient.

The car was quite new, but we still had to pay extra for full coverage despite purchasing it on the rental website.

The car pickup location is convenient, and the staff were very patient. It only took me 10 minutes to pick up the car. When returning the car, I was in a hurry and slightly overfilled the gas tank. After I explained, they were very understanding and told me it was okay and I didn't need to pay extra. I was very touched, and the return process only took 6 minutes. The car was a local brand, had 40,000 kilometers on it, and was in good condition. Filling the tank cost about 65 CAD. The trunk was very spacious; we fit one size 28, two size 24, and one children's suitcase perfectly. I will consider this company for future self-driving trips.

There weren't many people in line. After completing the paperwork, a staff member will drive the car to the designated location.

It was my first time renting a car overseas and I had a genuinely good experience with Alamo. I initially reserved a Ford Fusion, a large car for 4 people. Perhaps they saw we had more luggage, or maybe they didn’t have our reserved model. Either way, they upgraded us for free to a Dodge 7-seater MPV. It was a new car, with only over 1100 km on it. As a result, our trip in Vancouver was very smooth and enjoyable. Alamo definitely deserves 5 stars!
