During the rental period, our tires were slashed, so we went to the nearest Avis. However, since the insurance was purchased from QEEQ and not Avis, it took three and a half hours to address the issue, and we ended up fixing the car ourselves. The process was highly inefficient, and we had to communicate with the car rental company in Turkish, which was quite challenging. Besides that, everything else was alright.

The AVIS in downtown Antalya, Turkey, is just a small shop, but the communication was smooth. They kept trying to sell us an insurance for 20 lira per day, but we had already bought comprehensive insurance on the QEEQ website, so we didn't buy it. The staff seemed a bit unhappy about it, but it didn't matter because the car was really new and nice, very comfortable to drive, had strong air conditioning, and good features. The roads in Turkey are incredibly good. We rented the car for 6 days and drove from Antalya to Izmir. The longest we drove in one day was 7 hours, but it didn't feel tiring at all. The scenery was fantastic. Turkey is a great place for a road trip!

I picked up the car from the Izmir city center branch, no need to queue, and the staff was quite efficient. When we returned the car at Kayseri Airport, as soon as we entered the airport parking lot, the staff promptly approached us to check the vehicle and complete the paperwork. It only took a few minutes, I have to admire their efficiency.
