Very bad experience, the problem resolution was extremely slow. They said everything was fine, but then charged my credit card without informing me.

When we arrived at the counter, they immediately provided us with a new Ford Focus with just over 20,000 kilometers. The vehicle's performance was excellent, including strong air conditioning and great hill-climbing ability. Overall, it was a very good car rental experience.

Renting a car in Christchurch is very easy. You need to have the original driver's license and an English translation, which must be government-certified. The Hertz translation provided by QEEQ is not legally valid and not recognized by the rental company.

The store is right at Christchurch Airport, very conveniently located. However, I booked a Toyota Prado but was given a Highlander instead, claimed to be a similar model. It's a pity I couldn't go off-roading. On the plus side, it saved on fuel and money. Returning the car was very easy, just parked it and handed over the keys, no inspection was done.
