Satisfied

When we arrived, we were told that the reserved car model was unavailable, and they offered to upgrade to an Audi for an extra charge. After declining, we received a Chery DR, which was not among the models we had booked. It was quite large, electric, and lacked navigation. Considering our travel plans, we eventually went back to the store to pay extra for a different car.

Scheduled a pick-up time but ended up waiting for an hour and a half. The customer service kept asking companions to switch cars and sold them a product she still doesn't know. Despite having over ten people in line, only one person was assisting, and no one explained the car's condition, leaving us to figure it out ourselves.

I couldn't cancel my car rental due to special circumstances. Why?

In Seville, this store is located inside the train station. It would be helpful if they directly stated it's inside the train station. The staff were very friendly, overall very satisfied.
