Unjustified excessive charges

Very good, easy to find the store, it's one of the three biggest car rental companies in New Zealand.

As a large company, they do not mention several hidden fees at the front desk. Please be aware, QEEQ platform and fellow customers, you must reject the Accident Excess and Premium Roadside Assistance Fee. This fraudulent company will not inform you of these charges at the time of car pickup.

Very bad experience, the problem resolution was extremely slow. They said everything was fine, but then charged my credit card without informing me.

The store is normal and changing cars is very convenient.
