I paid 313$ and they gave me lower class car and they changed me again 360$!!!

The car exceeded my expectations it was a great vehicle I may buy one now!

The price was right the line at Fox was short it went really well. Great experience

long line in beginning but went back to extend and had great service no wait

1. waiting time at counter 40 minutes. much too long. 2. first vehicle handed to me had cruise control broken. I found out after 15 minutes in the car and returned the car. I was given angoss replacement car. 3. Staff at gate was rude.

Staff was very friendly but I was charged $111.00 fuel surcharge and now I'm waiting for a credit. Make sure you read your receipt before you leave counter. Just in case.

depressing agent as I walk in. Grumpy agent despite my efforts to be cheerful. The agent talk in short sentences in heavy accent in whisper. He appeared to be annoyed the whole time. I feel like we had disturbed him for coming in. Never offer a smile from beginning to end. Horrible service! Return car agent move super slow again not cheerful or friendly although his demeanor was slightly better than the check out agent. I get a sense that Fox rent a car agents are lazy, hate their job and does not like customers.
