Fast service without any upselling. When returning the car, I purchased the store insurance, and the inspection process was minimal, completed in just a few minutes. However, the car was quite old, had an unpleasant smell, multiple scratches, and lacked a parking camera. It's the worst car condition I've encountered so far.

Overall satisfied. During the period, a tire blew out, causing significant delays. They couldn't replace the car promptly and insisted on fixing the tire. Even the tire replacement was delayed, and we waited a long time for the tow truck. Time is so precious during trips!

Service was fine, but we were pushed to buy insurance even though we already had full coverage. Had to contact QEEQ customer service to resolve it.

The service was nothing special. Be sure to check the car thoroughly during pickup and take plenty of photos. QEEQ has difficulty managing its partner rental companies. I booked a Honda City (known as Greiz in China) but was given a Honda Jazz (known as Fit in China). I chose a sedan because I had a lot of luggage, otherwise I could have opted for a smaller hatchback. When I raised the issue during pickup, QEEQ and the rental company both insisted they couldn't change the car because it was in the same group. We managed to fit the luggage by folding the back seats, but if there had been four people traveling, it would have been impossible.
