Dodge Charges are great but not during winter conditions!

The CVT transmission often slips.

I purchased supplementary insurance in advance on QEEQ. At the rental desk, I asked if buying a full tank of fuel would mean I didn’t need to return the car with a full tank (they directly said no need). I also asked if the existing insurance didn’t cover the deductible (I mentioned I bought insurance domestically, and the staff just reminded me to pay upfront in case of an accident and reimburse later). There was no aggressive upselling. The Corolla had over 40,000 kilometers on it at pickup, drove well, and was very fuel-efficient.

Good service

I booked a car for 11 o'clock, but when I arrived, they said there were no cars available. The car I booked wasn't returned on time, so they had to reschedule. Fortunately, I got the car by 1 PM. There were no aggressive sales pitches as rumored. The return process was very simple and quick, everything was done within five minutes. Overall, it was a good experience.

The car had 78000 km on the clock. There was a clear noise from the front when turned. I suspect the steering rack is worn. I would have expected a rental car not to have such issues. The counter staf were not aware of Platinum cover I had and tried to sell me additional cover.
