PESIMA EXPERIENCIA CON QEEQ, APARENTE FRAUDE.

The staff handling the paperwork were relatively slow, and we waited for at least half an hour. However, the car pickup process was very smooth, with no upselling, and we got the car quickly.

The car we were given had poor engine performance and no rearview camera. It's the first time we've rented a car without a rearview camera. When we were handed the car, we did a quick inspection of the exterior and drove off. Upon returning the car, they claimed we damaged the sun visor and asked us to pay. We didn't even use the sun visor during our two-day rental, but they insisted we compensate them. Being a small company, you'd better be cautious when renting here.

Terrible experience, they are just out to scam you. Never go to MEX again. Long waiting time, requires one year of credit history while other companies don't, plus a $2500 deposit for a lousy car. The deposit alone can buy a car. They're just here to rip you off. Don't rent from this company.

La voiture demandée n'était pas disponible. J'avais reservé un SUV lux et j'ai eu une mid-range corréene. Le personnel etait odieux. A la restitution, il n'y avait personne et pas de boite pour les clefs, j'ai laissé la voiture sur le parking du loueur et le lendemain à la restitution ils m'ont obligée de payer le parking!! Je suis furieuse. Personne ne parlaient anglais, le personnel était absolument désagréable.
