Very satisfied. Although the waiting time was relatively long, they provided detailed guidance on how to pick up and return the car.

予約時に日本語ピックアップガイド利用可能となってましたが、実際は利用日以降のサービス提供とのことで利用できませんでした。実際は必要ありませんでしたので問題ございません。

They gave us an Infiniti Q80, saying it was the same price, but we found that the hotel parking lot had height restrictions that posed a collision risk. We had to return to the store the next day to exchange the car, and they finally gave us a Ford Kuga (overseas version).

Customer service was superb. Great staff and no hassle service
