Had to wait at the terminal as the staff had issues with entering the details of a uk license ont othe system & asked us to return to the airport in the morning to sort out. They also paid for our taxi back to our accomodation. We were then also given a free upgrade so i have no complaints about the process.

The service of the counter staff was horrible. The person does not accept my canadian credit card because my driving license was french. This forced me to pay with my french card and to buy a supplement for the insurance whereas I am covered by my canadian credit card... Moreover, the car was smaller than requested through the website.

Be aware, if you return the car even a couple of minutes late, they will charge about $27 per each hour (or fraction of hour). This is the only dissatisfaction I had, as I was a bit late due to road closures for a city marathon event.
