They provided a very new Korean car. Although it's a Korean car, it was very comfortable to drive. They recommended a $1,000,000 third-party liability insurance which was not included in the rental order. It was $12 per day and came with a booster seat included. Considering renting a booster seat alone would cost $12 per day, I decided to take it.

There were many people at the counter when I picked up the car. I tried to use the self-service option, but it failed. Later, the counter staff told me that international rentals can only be processed at the counter, which caused a longer wait time, but overall it was okay.

ALAMO's basic services are adequate, with shuttle buses and decent online customer service. However, they didn't provide sufficient information about the car and its location. The parking lot staff were also inadequate and unclear, merely suggesting to pick any car. Follow-up inquiries about refueling were difficult as their phone lines were almost never answered.

The service was great! Plenty of cars! However, I did not get the Grand Cherokee I reserved. Clearly, it was available but they didn't give it to me! This is really unacceptable.
