The shuttle bus to the airport wasn’t available on our day of return which was a bit of an inconvenience, especially when I booked it said it was.

Once arrived, please contact +1 416-800-1222 for the free shuttle bus If you arrive from: Terminal 1: Follow signs for Link Train to Level 2 Cross over to Parking Garage on West Bridge Turn left on exiting Bridge to Link Train Station Take Link Train to Viscount Station .Terminal 3: Follow signs to elevator at Door “D” Take elevator to Level 3. When picking up the car everyone was helping, on dropping the car off they were busy eating and no anyone can help you so i had to wait between 30-60min until he was done his food. Car rental with no smoking so if you smoke in it or smoke outside and stay in it obvs its going to smell like smoke so they just want the deposit in any how possible. Got the car dirty they wanted to clean it upon my arrival when i got the key.. DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
