Almost no queue, simple procedures

Good staff, but the drop off after hours is just terrible as you have to park on the street and pay for parking in downtown Amsterdam. Parking is very expensive and there are no parking places. Drove around in circles in the dark in heavy traffic for a while, I then decided to buy (expensive) hotel parking for the night. Also, we did not get the hybrid we ordered, so petrol fees were higher than expected

Brilliant, great service from chat support.

Closed early so we had to drop car for night rather than return at drop off.

Very satisfactory and very friendly staff.

Easy to deal with and good range of cars.
