Had problem with car battery and car would not start. Checked battery and water level very low. Topped up.with water and had someone jump start us. I called and advised this to Hertz and they said it should be OK now. After this we needed help to start car 3 more times as if ignition was left on for longer than 1 minute or interior light on car would not start even after a 3-4 hour drive.

The service is good. If you have specific needs, make sure to communicate them before picking up the car, and they will do their best to accommodate.
