The rental was smooth and efficient at pick up and drop off, and the staff were helpful. My one issue is an extra charge applied of $152.90 , with a receipt that shows only an apparent fuel shortfall on return of just 0.5 gallons even though the fuel gauge showed over the full point on return. (which I confirmed on return but did not think to photograph).

Good customer service so far. I appreciated the advice email before pickup. I would like some follow up on this surcharge issue.
