Picked up the car over the weekend, the terminal counter was closed, so I had to complete the procedures in the parking lot. It wasn't hard to find by following the instructions on the counter.

Everything was pretty good. It would be even better if the translation services improved.

AVIS is really terrible!! We booked a car, but it wasn't available, so they just gave us another one saying it's the same class, even though they had already pre-authorized my credit card. We had no choice! No one checked the car with us. When we said the vehicle showed oil was low, the mechanic pushed it off to the office saying they hadn't reset it, and the office just pushed it back. It was an endless back-and-forth. And the rental platform just acts as a broker and didn't confirm whether the specific car was actually available. When we returned the car, they didn't check it either and just directly charged the pre-authorized amount from my credit card. I found out they overcharged by a few thousand dollars, claiming we exceeded the mileage limit. Thankfully, I had taken a photo of the odometer when we picked up the car. It was 35,000 km but their bill stated 34,000, an extra 1,000 km. They didn't inform us or verify and directly charged us. I complained two days ago, but no response yet. Luckily, I'm still in the country and planning to go directly to the store to discuss this.

There was a confusion in the car model when I picked up. I booked for sedan but they gave me a hatchback small one. After explaining and showing my booking pics they changed the car for me. Especially John, I really appreciate him a lot. Excellent customer service.

I will continue booking with Easyrentcars.com in future as well.
