Overall is satisfactory. However, it is better to have staff to cross check the car condition with the customer when pick up in order to avoid any arguments after returned the car. Despite the customer can take photo and report to Europcar by email, face to face witnesses is the most proper way and avoid the conflict of interest.

We actually rented an MG that had only run about 10,000 km, but both the accelerator and brakes were very loose. The long-distance drive on the highway was terrible. Definitely avoid! Moreover, the price we paid at the store was much higher. We booked a Mitsubishi but ended up with an MG.
The service staff who attended to us were very warm and patient. We bought additional insurance from the rental company, and our language skills weren't very good. Worried we hadn't communicated clearly, we asked many detailed questions. The staff patiently answered all our queries.
Like: One of the cheapest i’ve been able to find. With it being very easy to use and the whole process from booking to paying to collecting and dropping off was pretty seamless.
Like: Car were in good condition. Clean and well maintained.
